PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS AND HIDDEN DEFECTS

Pool systems are complex and many components are concealed underground, behind structures, inside equipment, or otherwise inaccessible until work begins.

Crystal Water Pool Services cannot guarantee the condition of existing plumbing, electrical systems, structural components, pool surfaces, underground lines, equipment, automation systems, or other components that are not readily visible prior to the start of work.

Additional problems, defects, damage, deterioration, code violations, improper prior repairs, hidden leaks, freeze damage, corrosion, or other conditions may be discovered during the course of the project.

Such discoveries may require additional labor, materials, repairs, or revised project recommendations and are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
