Scheduling is quick and convenient for all our services!

For Pumpkin Arrangements or Valet Storage, book easily online through our simple scheduling tool—choose your date, service type, and details in just a few clicks.

For Knife Sharpening, simply drop off your knives or tools in our secure drop box at your convenience—no appointment needed (contact us for large items or special cases).

For Pool Services and Christmas Light Installations, reach out by phone, text, or message—we'll confirm your needs, check availability, and get you scheduled right away.

For the safety of our facility, staff, other customers, and your belongings, we cannot accept the following items in our valet storage units:

• Hazardous, toxic, flammable, explosive, or combustible materials (e.g., gasoline, propane tanks, oil, paint, chemicals, fertilizers, fireworks, acids, pesticides, disinfectants, radioactive materials, or any substances classified as hazardous under local, state, or federal law)
• Illegal items or substances (including stolen goods, illicit drugs, or contraband)
• Firearms, ammunition, weapons, or explosives
• Perishable food items, live plants, animals, or any living organisms
• Wet or damp items that could cause mold, mildew, or odors
• Any items that emit strong fumes, odors, or attract pests
• Any other items prohibited by law or that may pose a risk to the facility, our team, or other stored property

Our "Bring Your Own Box/Tote" policy makes storage simple and cost-effective—you're welcome to use your own boxes or totes for your items!

If your belongings are already packed at home, we'll accept them as long as the container is in good condition (no tears, strong and sturdy), fits within your chosen storage unit size category, and contains only approved items (no restricted or prohibited materials).

If you're starting fresh, no problem—we accept a wide range of standard box and tote sizes (including popular Lowes box dimensions, which align perfectly with our sizing system). This gives you flexibility to pack exactly how you like while keeping everything organized and secure in our climate-controlled Beavercreek facility.
