Transportation Options

Choose the method that works best for you—DIY for maximum savings or premium door-to-door for ultimate convenience:

1) DIY (Self-Service) – FREE

• Collect/Retrieve Items from Warehouse: Drive to our secure warehouse during your scheduled one-hour window. Your items will be prepared and waiting at the loading area—simply arrive, let us know you're there, and we'll load your vehicle. No extra fees!
• Place/Return Items to Warehouse: Bring your packed items directly to the warehouse during your scheduled one-hour window for quick drop-off. Simply arrive, let us know you're there, and we'll unload your vehicle. 

2) Premium Door-to-Door – $10.00 per trip

• Collect/Retrieve Items from Warehouse to Your Door: We deliver your selected items directly to your home or business during your chosen one-hour window.
• Place/Return Items from Your Door to Warehouse: We pick up your items right from your home or business and transport them to our climate-controlled facility during your scheduled one-hour window.

Note: Each pickup or delivery is charged separately at $10.00 (e.g., retrieving items = $10 delivery fee; returning items later = another $10 pickup fee). This keeps costs transparent and low—you only pay when you want full white-glove service.

How to Retrieve Your Items

1. Log In — Access your account securely with your email and password.
2. View Your Items — Browse your stored containers, boxes, totes, bikes, trees, etc., with details like type, label (if added), and storage date.
3. Select & Request — Choose the items you want, pick your transportation option (DIY free or door-to-door $10), and select a convenient one-hour date/time window.
4. Confirm — Review your request, submit, and receive confirmation via email/text with your window details. We'll prepare everything for smooth handover.

How to Return/Place Items Back into Storage

1. Log In — Use your secure account credentials.
2. View Your Items — Check your current storage list and note labels for reference.
3. Select & Request — Complete the Return form, select items to add/return, choose transportation (DIY free or door-to-door $10), and pick a one-hour window.
4. Confirm & Schedule — Submit your request—we'll prepare space if needed and confirm your window.
5. Proceed — For door-to-door, we'll arrive as scheduled; for DIY, bring items during your window.

Important Notes

• All scheduling uses one-hour windows for efficiency and to ensure your items are ready or handled promptly.
• Drive-up/DIY is always free—no fees for self drop-off or pickup at the warehouse.
• Home Delivery/Pickup incurs a flat $10.00 fee per trip (pickup or delivery separately) for the convenience of door-to-door service.
